6. Warranty Policy

Ubaytech offers a comprehensive warranty on our products to ensure your satisfaction.

• Warranty Period: We provide a 12-month warranty on most LCD screens and batteries, starting from the date of receipt.
• Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as touch issues, backlight problems, and frame separation.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, physical damage (cracks, scratches), or water damage. Removing warranty stamps or protective films before testing voids the warranty.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• RMA Requirement: All returns must be authorized. Please check our Return Policy page to fill out an RMA form before sending items back.
• Testing: Returned items will be tested by our QC team. If verified as defective, a replacement or credit will be issued.
• Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, while Ubaytech covers the cost of shipping replacements.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, China.
