Here it is our return policy for your reference:

  • Please test our parts before selling or installing, because some of them can’t be exchanged if getting installed, like iPad digitizers.
  • Please well packed the products before sending back.
  • We can’t exchange the break ones, if something cracked when you get them, please send us a picture and give us feedback immediately. Otherwise cracked is not covered on warranty.
  • We can’t exchange the black and white LCD, because everything from us we tested them before shipping, the LCD getting black or white because of the incorrect way of installing. if you get the black and white LCD when you testing them before selling or installing, please let us know. Otherwise, the black and white screen does not cover on the warranty.
  • We can’t exchange the ones without our stamp. So please don’t remove our stamp when you use the parts. if you get any from us without a stamp, please let us know too.
  • We can’t exchange the ones with broken flex. Because the flex is too weak to install many times or install in the wrong way.
  • Buyer afford shipping cost to send back defect parts, we afford shipping cost to send back again.
  • Warranty is 360days from the date order to the date return. Parts can not be replaced if they are out of 360 days warranty.
  • Please confirm the shipping address and declared value with our seller. The packing list and track number is requested before shipping. Otherwise, the missing package is not on our responsibility.
  • Returns/Exchanges shall be processed in a timely manner to better serve our customers’ needs. Please allow for 7-15 business days for processing.
  • All orders that meet the return policy will berefunded or replaced within 7-15 days
